Whilst the menu is not huge and mainly vegetarian everything is finely balanced and delicious. It was one of the first recipes I created at The Newt and has been served across the estate ever since including our online delivery. We sit in the wood-panelled dining room all discreet marble curves soft leather seats and framed pressed flowers.
