Bed World Reviews. Decided to have a look at bed world after visiting the more popular high street brands for furniture and being informed of wait times of over 2 months. We made an appointment to visit the showroom tired many toppers and mattress types and finally went with a boxspring that was at a great price with great service.
Ordered a bed from this company and was given a delivery of 5-12days after 3 weeks and no sign of the bed tried to contact the company but spent over an hour on hold to their customer services still without getting through. Bed is lovey but bolts missing. Since our awful experience at the hands of Bedworld we have learned there are 100s of 1-star reviews on numerous review sites all describing the same symptons - Shoddy workmanship flimsy materials terrible service on the phone contacts claiming they are head supervisor able to give refunds despite terms and conditions only to be denied later in hostile emails or if you can.
BED WORLD AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED GOODS DELIVERED.
